Grilled paneer or paneer tikka is a perfect evening snack because it is this time when a person craves for junk food. Unlike the junkies which are mostly oily and unhealthy, this food is rich in proteins, and vitamins which is exactly the body needs after a long day at work. Not only this recipe tastes yummy but also its easy to cook. So here are the steps and ingredients to make this dish.
INGREDIENTS:
STEP 1:
In the first step take the bowl of hung curd and add to it 1 teaspoon of mustard oil, paneer masala powder,garam masala powder( cinnamon powder),1 tablespoon gram flour(besan) and 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder.Mix it well and keep it aside.After that cut the veggies,onions and paneer into medium sized cubes.Then marinate the veggies in the mixture of curd and secure the bowl with a aluminium foil, and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour so that it can get marinated properly.
STEP 2:
After half an hour take out the bowl and put the veggies into the griller stick and place it on a tray greased with oil. Then pre heat the oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Once the oven is hot put the tray into the oven and grill it for 30 minutes at 170 degree celcius. While the paneer is half grilled, say suppose after 10 to 15 minutes, switch off the oven,and take out the tray. Then brush the veggies and paneer sticks with some oil so that they do not get dried, and do not stick to the tray, and then put the tray back into the oven.
STEP 3:
When the paneer is grilled switch of the oven take out the tray. Grilled paneer is ready and serve it with some green chtuney.

- 1 bowl(medium sized) of hung curd

- 1 medium sized green bell pepper
- 1 medium sized red bell pepper
- 1 medium sized yellow bell pepper
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon paneer masala powder
- 1 tablespoon gram flour(besan)
- Salt to taste
- Kashmiri red chili powder
