Vegetable Manchurian or veg Manchurian is a famous starter across the country. This dish is basically a creation of Chinese restaurants of India and bears the resemblance of both Indian and Chinese cuisine. Its easy to cook and tastes delicious. So here are the ingredients and the simple steps to cook this dish
INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 medium sized cabbage
2. 2-3 medium sized carrots.
3. 500 grams of beans

INGREDIENTS:

4. 1 full garlic
5. 1 big sized ginger
6. 2-3 pieces of green chilies
7. 1 capsicum
8. 2 large sized onions
9. All purpose flour/maida
10. Oil
11. Manchurian masala
12. Chicken masala
13. Soya sauce, chilly sauce,tomato sauce
14. Salt to taste.
15. Cornflour
STEP 1:
In the first step is to chop the cabbage into small pieces and keep it aside. Then cut the beans into finely small pieces and grate the carrots properly. Then place the chopped vegetables in a bowl and keep it aside. In an empty mixer put garlic,ginger and chilies and blend it into a smooth paste. Then take the bowl of vegetables add ginger garlic paste,salt,and all purpose flour to it. Now when u add all purpose flour add it little by little and mix the vegetables proportionately till it can be bind it into small balls. Remember do not use water while mixing the vegetables together since we are using cabbage here and it contains a lot of water.

In the second step take a pan and place it on the gas. Pre-heat the pan for 5 to 10 minutes and then pour oil into it. Once the pan is hot deep fry the vegetable balls and place it aside. After this slice the onion and capsicum into thin pieces.
STEP 3:
In the next step place another pan on the gas. Heat the pan for 5 minutes. Once the pan is hot pour 2-3 tablespoon of oil and let it heat the oil for a minute. Then add the onion to the pan and stir it for 5 to 10 minutes. Once the onion starts turning red add the capsicum to it and let it fry for 2 minutes. While it gets fried, take a bowl put 1 tablespoon cornflour ,some chili,soya,tomato sauce and some Manchurian masala to it. Mix it well and add it to the fried capsicum and sliced onion and stir it for 5 minutes. After this put the vegetable balls into the pan and cook it for 2-3 minutes till the balls becomes soft and then turn off the gas.
STEP 4:
Vegetable Manchurian is ready serve it with fried rice or hot chappatis
