Weekends are the days when a person craves for good food and this good food comes with loads of oil and unhealthiness. So instead of oily and unhealthy food one can have grilled chicken which is tasty yummy and too healthy as chicken is rich in proteins. This recipe is very easy to cook and tastes delicious. So here are the ingredients and the easy steps to make this dish.
INGREDIENTS:
STEP 1:
The first step is to clean the chicken and make some cuts on it so that the paste can be put properly and then marinate it with some salt and a pinch of turmeric powder. Then take the bowl of hung curd and add to it the chicken powder, tandoori chicken powder,kashmiri red chili powder,turmeric powder, salt ,gram flour and mustard oil. After that mix them well and put the chicken pieces in it and marinate the it for an hour so that the it can become soft.
STEP 2:
In the next step pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degree Celsius. While the oven gets heated place the marinated chicken on the grilling tray. Then place the tray inside the oven and beneath it place another tray so that the oven does not get dirty. Then set the temperature at 200 degree Celsius for 30 minutes. Once the chicken is grilled for 1st fifteen minutes switch off the oven, take out the tray and brush chicken pieces with some oil and then grill it for next 5 minutes. After 5 minutes again take out the tray and change the sides of the chicken pieces and brush them with some oil and grill for the rest of the time till the timer rings.
STEP 3:
Grilled chicken is ready serve it with some onion and green chutney.

- 1 teaspoon tandoori chicken masala powder

- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
- A pinch gram flour(besan)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 kg of chicken
