Paneer Sandwich- A Healthy yummy breakfast

Early morning when anyone craves for something good to eat but not in the mood to make it, paneer sandwich is the easiest and yummiest food one can have. This recipe is very easy to make and its less time consuming. So here are the ingredients and steps to make it.
YUMMY PANEER SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 2 teaspoon red chili sauce,green chili sauce, soya sauce
  • Coriander leaves( optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppercorn
  • 2-3 green chilies
    1/2 LITER MILK

    CHOPPED ONION, GREEN CHILIES, CORIANDER AND PEEPER CORN POWDER
      
STEP 1:
The first step is to take a bowl 1/2 liter of milk and heat it for 15-20 minutes.When the  milk starts boiling, lower the flame and add to it 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Once vinegar is added to the milk crumbled paneer starts forming and the water part of the milk starts separating. Switch off  and flame and separate the water and the crumbled paneer.

STEP 2:

Then chop the onion and green chilies into small pieces. After that heat a pan and roast the mustard seeds and peppercorn for a minute and let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes,and then blend it  into a fine powder. In the same  pan pour  2 tablespoon of oil  and let it heat for a minute. After a minute add the onions and green chilies and stir fry it for 5 minutes, till the onions become soft. Then add to it the crumbled paneer, 1 teaspoon of the mustard and peppercorn powder and the sauces, and cook it for 5 to 10 minutes.

STEP 3:

Let the filling of paneer cool for 15 to 20 minutes. Once it cools down, spread it evenly on a slice of bread and put on it another slice of bread. Then add some butter on both sides of bread and place it in a toaster or griller.  Then toast or grill it for 5 to 10 minutes. Paneer sandwich is ready serve it with some sauce and a hot cup of coffee.
