A healthy breakfast is the best way to starts one's day. A breakfast should contain proteins,iron, carbohydrates and to get all these nutrients together veg sandwich is the perfect answer. This sandwich is easy to make and also it takes less time.So here are the simple steps and ingredients to make it.
INGREDIENTS:
- Bread(normal/brown)
- 100 grams of paneer
- 2 slices of cheese
- Butter
- Capsicum
- 1 small sized onion
- 4-5 pieces baby corn
- 1 small sized cucumber
- 1 small sized tomato
- 1 boiled potato( optional)
- Sandwich sauce
- Salt
- Pepper powder
STEP 1:
The first step is to slice the cucumber, onion,tomato,paneer, capsicum,baby corn into thin pieces. Now take a pan and brush it with some oil and saute the capsicum and baby corn for sometime till they become soft.
STEP 2:
In the second step take a piece of bread and put a half a slice of cheese in it. Then put some sliced onion,tomato,paneer,cucumber and saute veggies to it. Then add some pepper powder, some salt. to it and put some sandwich sauce to it. Instead of sauce u can also add coriander mint chutney. Put another slice of bread
STEP 3:
In the third step pre-heat the toaster or for sometime.Once toaster is hot put the the bread in it and grill it for nearly 4-5 minutes. Veg sandwich is ready serve it with sauce/ chutney.
